Much Prosperity Trading Int'L Inc. is seeking an energetic and motivated Roving Promodiser to represent our premium brand, Omega Houseware, across various retail outlets in Davao.
As a Roving Promodiser, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining excellent product presentation, and ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience. You will travel to designated department stores, supermarkets, and home centers in Davao to manage inventory, set up eye-catching displays, and directly engage with consumers to promote Omega Houseware's wide range of quality products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct active product demonstrations and sales pitches to customers visiting retail outlets in Davao.
- Regularly visit assigned retail stores, supermarkets, and department stores according to the designated roving schedule.
- Ensure proper shelf stocking, product replenishment, and neat inventory display at all times.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring Omega Houseware products are highly visible and attractively arranged.
- Monitor stock levels, prepare timely inventory reports, and coordinate with store managers for replenishment orders.
- Gather customer feedback, monitor competitor activities, and report sales performance to the area supervisor.
- Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with store personnel and department managers.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate, vocational course graduate, or college level (at least 72 units completed).
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Promodiser, Sales Clerk, or Merchandiser in a retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel (roving) across different retail store locations within Davao City.
- Physically fit, active, and comfortable standing for long periods.
- Possession of a valid health certificate and other standard employment clearances is preferred.
