Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote products and drive sales
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers
- Assist customers in product selection and provide detailed information about offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to store management
- Maintain a clean and organized product display area
- Actively participate in promotional activities and campaigns
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends
- Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or college education preferred
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good product knowledge and willingness to learn about new products
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
