Anchor Land Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated Roving Property Accountant to manage financial operations across our diverse property portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison for financial and internal control matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance for all managed properties.
As a Roving Property Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing timely financial reports, auditing property records, and resolving complex accounting discrepancies. Your ability to communicate effectively with property personnel and management is crucial to maintaining smooth operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile accounts for all properties.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal control policies and local government tax regulations.
- Respond to inquiries regarding payroll, expenses, and financial reports from property staff and management.
- Conduct regular field visits to properties to verify physical assets and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Relay operational concerns and recommendations from property managers to the central accounting office.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, real estate accounting, or a similar roving role.
- Strong working knowledge of RMO (Real Property Tax) and local tax compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse teams.
- Valid CPA license is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas.
