Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering product recommendations for RELX products.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy across assigned retail locations.
- Set up, clean, and organize the display kiosk to ensure it adheres to brand visual merchandising standards.
- Execute daily sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Proactively approach potential customers to drive brand awareness and sales conversions.
- Monitor and report on stock discrepancies or low-stock items to management.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure age-verification processes are strictly followed during every sale.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports for store managers.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School graduate or Senior High School graduate; college level is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and professional demeanor.
- Ability to travel between retail points within the Pasig City area as a 'roving' representative.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent command of Filipino and basic English.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
