In this role, you will act as the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer receives expert product knowledge and an exceptional shopping experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and proper usage of RELX vape products.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display across all assigned branches.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock replenishments, and ensure products are correctly priced.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular site visits to assigned locations to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and inventory updates to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Senior High School graduate, or equivalent vocational training.
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or brand promotion is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to travel across multiple locations within Manila City as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in math for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Must be tech-savvy and able to learn product specifications quickly.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
