Lawencon International is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RPG AS/400 Programmer to join our dynamic IT team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving our core business applications built on the IBM i (AS/400) platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance, scalability, and seamless integration of our legacy systems with modern business processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain complex programs using RPG IV, ILE, and Free Format.
- Perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of AS/400 applications to ensure operational stability.
- Optimize DB2 for i database performance through efficient query design and indexing strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Manage system documentation to ensure all code modifications and processes are clearly logged for future reference.
- Provide technical support and resolve production issues within specified SLAs.
- Assist in the migration or integration of AS/400 modules with web-based interfaces or external APIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in RPG/400 programming within an IBM i environment.
- Strong proficiency in CL (Control Language), DDS, and SQL for DB2.
- Solid understanding of the AS/400 architecture, job scheduling, and system commands.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Experience with ILE concepts (modules, programs, and service programs) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
