Join eClerx's dynamic finance team as an RTR Accounting Manager and drive excellence in our BPO operations. This night shift role offers temporary work-from-home flexibility while you lead critical accounting functions. You'll oversee daily transaction processing, develop robust financial controls, and optimize SLAs and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end RTR accounting operations with focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Develop, implement, and monitor accounting controls, SLAs, and KPIs
- Lead and mentor accounting teams to achieve performance targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Optimize financial processes through continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years accounting experience with 2+ years in BPO/shared services
- Proven track record in managing high-volume transaction processing
- Expertise in developing SLAs, KPIs, and financial controls
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Night shift availability and WFH adaptability
