- Lead and manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial closing activities
- Drive process optimization and automation of financial workflows using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities with zero material control weaknesses
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and internal financial controls frameworks
- Develop and implement strategic financial reporting solutions for executive stakeholders
- Mentor and develop finance operations teams through performance management and skill development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A integrations and system implementations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- 10+ years of finance operations experience with 5+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in Record-to-Report processes and financial close operations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong background in process automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Proven experience managing teams of 8+ finance professionals
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
