Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end revenue recognition processes ensuring compliance with IFRS/MFRS standards
- Oversee preparation and submission of periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial reporting with business objectives
- Mentor junior team members on RTR best practices and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on evolving accounting standards and implement necessary changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA/CMA certification preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years in revenue recognition or financial reporting roles
- Expert knowledge of IFRS/MFRS revenue recognition principles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
