- Prepare, review, and analyze complex payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations
- Collaborate with payroll team to resolve discrepancies and process adjustments
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities for payroll accounts
- Develop and implement process improvements for payroll accounting workflows
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
- Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and supporting documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll accounting
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, tax codes, and labor laws
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
