Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand the customer base in the assigned rural area to drive sales growth for Indosat telecommunications products
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration in Indramayu region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
- Promote Indosat products and services through direct sales, presentations, and demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company
- Prepare regular sales reports and submit to the supervisor for review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional activities for the assigned area
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, preferably with a background in business, marketing, or communications
- Previous sales experience in telecommunications or consumer products is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of Indramayu region and surrounding areas is advantageous
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales area as required
