In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive safety programs across our construction sites. Your expertise will help in minimizing workplace accidents, conducting thorough risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety among employees. You will collaborate with management and site teams to enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and investigate incidents. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards in a dynamic construction environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage and document risk assessments for all construction activities and high-risk operations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for employees and subcontractors.
- Monitor compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 standards and prepare safety reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and influence others.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
