- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes

- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and assess workplace hazards
- Experience developing and implementing safety management systems
