Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and manuals aligned with local construction regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and enforce corrective actions immediately.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Organize and conduct regular safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and orientations for employees and subcontractors.
- Manage the issuance, inspection, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all project sites.
- Ensure full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other relevant legislation.
- Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively for safety initiatives and emergency response plans.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid OSH Officer Certificate/Registration with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
- Relevant certification such as NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a safety role within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.
