Join Cyml Group as a Safety and Health Officer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our workforce in the dynamic construction industry. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you'll ensure compliance with occupational safety standards while fostering a proactive safety culture. This contract position requires a certified professional to implement robust safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure safe working practices are observed and complied by all staff/workers at the site
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across construction sites
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures aligned with OSHA regulations
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and regulatory compliance records
- Collaborate with management to enhance safety culture and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Valid Green Book certification (mandatory requirement)
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction safety management
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or NEBOSH certification preferred
- Excellent communication and incident investigation skills
- Proficient in safety management software and reporting tools
