Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Safety and Health policies and procedures across all construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure strict compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs and toolbox talks for site personnel and subcontractors.
- Manage the maintenance and inspection of safety equipment, including PPE, fire protection systems, and emergency machinery.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) representatives during site visits.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all safety activities, certifications, and compliance monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Green Book certification (SHO) registered with DOSH Malaysia is strictly required.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a Safety and Health role within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong working knowledge of OSH Act 1994, FMA 1967, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and train staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, such as HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment with a focus on problem-solving.
