Tanggung Jawab
- Establish, implement, and maintain the company's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management system in accordance with Singapore regulations
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels, including induction training for new hires
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of construction
- Stay updated on the latest safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging safety technologies
- Prepare safety reports and statistics for management review and regulatory submissions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- WSH Officer certification from Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (WSH Academy) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in safety coordination, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge of Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Act, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify safety hazards and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels
- Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable
