Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive site-specific safety management systems
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Coordinate toolbox talks and safety training programs for construction teams
- Monitor compliance with WSH Act and regulatory requirements
- Manage safety documentation including risk assessments and method statements
- Lead emergency response planning and incident drill execution
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into project planning
- Track KPIs and prepare safety performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' construction safety experience with supervisory exposure
- WSH Officer certification or equivalent recognized qualification
- Deep knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and construction best practices
- Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- First Aid/CPR certification and Confined Space entry training
