We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Engineer to join our team in Kulim, Kedah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for championing a culture of safety and ensuring our construction projects adhere to the highest industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety audits, site inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards in construction environments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and emergency response plans.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend effective preventive measures.
- Provide ongoing safety training, toolbox talks, and orientation sessions for all employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Ensure strict compliance with local Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, fire safety codes, and company guidelines.
- Manage the maintenance of accurate safety records, incident reports, and inspection logs for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety protocols into daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- Professional certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Safety Engineer within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian safety legislation, industrial hygiene, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills to effectively educate the workforce.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic construction site environment.
