Join Indofood as a SHE Staff and become a guardian of workplace safety and environmental sustainability. In this critical role, you'll implement robust safety protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of health consciousness across our Karawang operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies, conduct thorough safety audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety management systems aligned with K3 regulations
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for employees at all levels
- Monitor environmental compliance and implement sustainable waste management practices
- Prepare detailed safety reports and maintain accurate incident documentation
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness protocols
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Valid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certification from BNSP
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial safety roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian OSH regulations (Permenaker No. 5/2018)
- Proficiency in safety auditing techniques and incident investigation methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software
