Join CRCG as a Safety & Health & Environment Officer for the prestigious Inter-continental Resort Sahab project in Kinarut, Sabah. This critical role ensures compliance with Green Book standards while safeguarding workers and the environment during construction. You'll implement proactive safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and lead emergency response initiatives in a dynamic resort development setting. As the guardian of workplace safety, you'll develop and enforce SHE policies, investigate incidents, and maintain regulatory compliance documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement Green Book safety standards across construction site operations
- Conduct daily site inspections and hazard assessments
- Develop emergency response plans and safety training programs
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor environmental compliance and waste management protocols
- Prepare safety reports for regulatory authorities
- Coordinate safety audits and compliance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' SHE experience in construction/real estate
- Green Book certification or equivalent OSH qualification
- Strong knowledge of DOSH Malaysia regulations
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- OSHA/IOSH certification preferred
- Advanced communication and training abilities
