Are you ready to join the adventures with us? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) & HR Executive to support our growing team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. In this dual-role position, you will play a critical part in fostering a safe, compliant, and productive workplace while managing essential human resources functions.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about workplace safety and possess strong administrative skills. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and supporting HR operations such as recruitment, employee records, and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee records, leave applications, attendance tracking, and payroll documentation.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and stored securely.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with SHE standards and ISO certifications where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
- Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a SHE or HR Executive role.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
