Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor K3 regulations and environmental management systems
- Develop safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental compliance plans
- Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits
- Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate employee safety training programs and awareness campaigns
- Ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and regulatory reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or Environmental Science
- Minimum 3 years' experience in SHE supervision/management
- Certification in K3 (SMK3) or equivalent safety qualification
- Deep understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Experience developing safety training programs and materials
- Proficiency in safety management systems and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
