We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety & Health Executive (Junior Level) to join our administration team in Kota Damansara. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of university facilities and laboratories to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) laws and internal university policies.
- Investigate accident reports and near-miss incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Assist in the development, distribution, and tracking of safety training materials and induction programs for new staff and students.
- Maintain accurate records of safety documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and safety audit findings.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and safety improvements.
- Organize and facilitate safety awareness campaigns and emergency drill simulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Relevant safety certifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations (OSHA) and environmental standards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex safety guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and training purposes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
