Join Sitges Engineering as a Safety & Health Officer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our construction projects. We're seeking a proactive professional to ensure compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 standards while fostering a zero-accident culture. You'll conduct risk assessments, implement safety protocols, and lead incident investigations across dynamic construction sites in Melaka. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site safety inspections and risk assessments
- Develop and enforce OHS policies compliant with local regulations
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to implement corrective actions
- Deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor compliance with PPE usage and safety protocols
- Prepare safety reports for regulatory authorities and management
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certification in Occupational Safety & Health
- Minimum 2 years construction safety experience
- OSHA/IOSH certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSHA regulations
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in safety documentation systems
