In this pivotal role, you will ensure strict adherence to Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) regulations, minimizing workplace risks and fostering a culture of safety across all construction sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures in line with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Organize and deliver safety training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, training, and incident reports.
- Monitor and control hazardous materials and construction activities.
- Collaborate with management to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health, or Environmental Engineering.
- Valid NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the construction sector.
- Thorough knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for training purposes.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and MS Office applications.
