In this position, you will develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs aligned with both local regulations and international standards. Your expertise will help identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures to prevent workplace accidents and injuries. You will also conduct regular safety audits, investigations, and training sessions to foster a culture of safety awareness among all employees.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures in accordance with Indonesian regulations and international standards
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Organize and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels to promote awareness and best practices
- Monitor and maintain records of safety performance, incidents, and training completions
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure preparedness for various workplace scenarios
- Stay updated with the latest HSE regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with management and departments to integrate safety considerations into all operational activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., K3 Umum, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and safety standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train and influence others
- Proficient in safety management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
