Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety policies and procedures
- Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments for all work activities
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety violations with corrective action plans
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for workers and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records
- Coordinate emergency response drills and first aid protocols
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience
- Valid OSHA/DOSH certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Proficiency in safety software and reporting tools
- First Aid and CPR certification required
