Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs and policies across construction sites
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Deliver safety training programs to employees and contractors on proper safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with local OSHA regulations and international safety standards
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports and inspection records
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety considerations into project planning
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to workplace safety
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in OSH or equivalent safety management certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safety management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international safety standards
- Excellent communication and training skills with ability to deliver safety programs
- Strong analytical skills for identifying risks and developing effective solutions
- Proficiency in safety management software and documentation systems
- Certified First Aid and CPR training would be an added advantage
