Winstar Aluminium Manufacturing is looking for a Safety & Health Officer to join our growing team in Ijok, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of organizing and implementing safety activities designed to heighten workplace awareness, control risks, and implement effective preventive measures.
As a Safety & Health Officer at Winstar, you will be the face of our safety culture. You will work closely with management to ensure that our aluminium manufacturing processes adhere to the highest safety standards and local regulations. Your expertise will be vital in conducting rigorous risk assessments, managing safety documentation, and leading training sessions that empower our workforce to work safely. Tanggung Jawab
- Organize and implement comprehensive safety activities to ensure workplace awareness and risk control.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and conduct safety training programs and awareness campaigns for employees.
- Maintain accurate safety records, incident reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with management to allocate resources for safety equipment and emergency response.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, or related field.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (SOSHA/SSM) in Occupational Safety and Health.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office.
