Join Cheksern Young as a Safety Health Officer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our construction fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring strict OSHA compliance across all project sites, conducting comprehensive safety audits, implementing proactive hazard control measures, and managing subcontractor safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections to ensure OSHA compliance
- Develop and implement comprehensive hazard control measures for fit-out projects
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols for subcontractors and workers
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to implement corrective actions
- Prepare safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Deliver safety training programs to enhance workforce awareness
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate safety planning in all phases
- Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety qualification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
- Experience with safety management systems and incident investigation
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand construction processes
- Proficiency in safety reporting software and documentation tools
