Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and enforce comprehensive safety policies and procedures across all project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (DOSH) and local regulations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate and conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees.
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with site management to develop and update the Site Safety Plan.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid and active DOSH OYK SHO registration.
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction or industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of DOSH regulations, fire safety, and industrial hygiene practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively train and lead teams.
- Proficient in using safety management software and reporting tools.
