Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies compliant with K3 Umum/Konstruksi/Migas standards
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and hazard assessments
- Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective/preventive actions
- Manage and maintain safety documentation including CSMS, risk assessments, and safety plans
- Organize safety training programs and emergency response drills
- Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and site teams to enforce safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- Minimum D3 degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Valid K3 Umum/Konstruksi/Migas certification
- Proficiency in CSMS documentation and safety management systems
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction safety roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations (K3)
- Excellent communication and incident investigation skills
