Opportunity Overview
We're seeking a proactive Safety Junior Inspector to join our construction safety team. This role offers hands-on experience in ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing safety protocols across critical water infrastructure projects. You'll work alongside seasoned safety professionals while developing expertise in construction hazard mitigation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards
- Monitor compliance with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations
- Document safety violations and recommend corrective actions
- Assist in developing site-specific safety plans and emergency procedures
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Train workers on proper PPE usage and safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure safety standards implementation
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in construction safety inspection
- K3 Umum certification or equivalent safety qualification
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction safety regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in outdoor construction environments
- Proficiency in safety reporting software
