We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Safety Manager to join our dynamic team at Private Advertiser. As a leading specialist in fire fighting, mechanical, electrical, and civil (exterior & interior) contracting, we prioritize the well-being of our workforce above all else. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing safety protocols across our diverse construction projects.

We are looking for a proactive leader who can identify potential hazards, manage risk assessments, and ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) tailored to fire fighting, mechanical, and civil engineering projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks to educate employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to integrate safety measures into all phases of construction and maintenance.
- Monitor and report on key safety performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical), Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Valid Safety Professional Certification (e.g., SKA/Umum) is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety management within the construction or general contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and Occupational Safety & Health (K3) regulations.
- Experience in fire fighting systems, mechanical safety, or electrical safety is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to enforce safety rules effectively.
- Proficient in using safety management software and reporting tools.
