Tanggung Jawab
- Investigate maritime incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of International Safety Management (ISM) Code systems
- Manage nautical documentation, certifications, and regulatory compliance records
- Conduct periodic safety audits and inspections of vessels and shore operations
- Develop, implement, and monitor maritime safety and environmental protection procedures
- Coordinate emergency response drills and crisis management protocols
- Monitor industry regulatory changes and update safety policies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Naval Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maritime safety or nautical operations
- Certification in ISM Code implementation and maritime safety management
- Proven experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Strong knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, and other maritime regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid certification in maritime safety or environmental management preferred
