Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing vessel safety management systems (SMS)
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments on maritime operations
- Monitor compliance with SOLAS, ISM Code, and other international maritime regulations
- Support nautical operations through safety briefings and emergency response coordination
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and incident reporting systems
- Collaborate with deck/engineering teams to enhance operational safety protocols
- Participate in internal safety audits and regulatory inspections
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Maritime Studies, Safety Management, or related field
- Certification in Maritime Safety or Nautical Operations preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in maritime safety or support roles
- Strong knowledge of international maritime safety regulations
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid medical fitness certificate and seafarer credentials
