Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits on construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure strict compliance with DOLE regulations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Safety Management Plans (SMP) tailored to specific project requirements.
- Organize and conduct mandatory safety induction training, toolbox talks, and workshops for all workers and site personnel.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe incidents to determine root causes and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Monitor the proper usage, maintenance, and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on-site at all times.
- Ensure all safety documentation, reports, and records are maintained accurately and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety protocols into daily construction workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related engineering field.
- Certified Safety Professional (e.g., OSH, NEBOSH, ISO 45001) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine labor laws and national safety standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting, training, and incident documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example to foster a safety-first culture.
