Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and weekly site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Enforce adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and company safety policies at all times.
- Monitor work practices and provide real-time feedback to prevent accidents, injuries, and operational disruptions.
- Investigate and document workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate safety reports, incident logs, and records for regulatory audits and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with management to develop and implement comprehensive safety improvement plans.
- Conduct regular safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions to keep all staff informed.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Safety Officer License (e.g., NICHE, OSH) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of OSH laws, regulations, and safety management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and training.
- Physically fit and capable of performing site inspections in various weather conditions.
- Proficient in using safety monitoring equipment and incident reporting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
