Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure full compliance with OHS regulations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and programs tailored to the specific needs of our projects and operations.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend effective preventive measures.
- Organize and conduct regular safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and inductions to educate employees on safe work practices.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce strict safety standards across all work sites.
- Collaborate with project managers to schedule safety audits and ensure timely resolution of any safety issues.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training logs, and compliance reports for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid certification in Occupational Health and Safety (K3LH, SNI, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and national safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and lead diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and reporting tools.
