Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OHS regulations
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for all personnel
- Maintain accurate safety documentation including incident reports and compliance records
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness protocols are established
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety planning into all construction phases
- Monitor adherence to PPE usage and safe work practices across all job sites
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction safety management
- Valid OSH Professional (OSP) or Safety Officer certification
- Deep knowledge of Philippine DOLE-DENR safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Excellent communication abilities for training and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
- Certified First Aid and CPR training preferred
