As a Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs on-site. You will collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to identify potential hazards, implement effective preventive and corrective measures, and conduct engaging safety training sessions. Your proactive approach and expertise will directly contribute to maintaining a safe, hazard-free, and highly productive work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve site-specific Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs and policies.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, prepare detailed safety reports, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Organize and deliver comprehensive safety inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety training sessions for all site personnel and subcontractors.
- Maintain all mandatory safety records, permits, and documentation required by DOLE and other relevant regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure all fire-fighting and first-aid equipment on-site is fully operational and compliant.
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractor safety performance to ensure alignment with the company's overall safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or SO3) in accordance with DOLE guidelines, with completed BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) training.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer specifically within the construction or engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine OSH standards, DOLE Department Order No. 13 (DO 13), and local safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence workers at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and hazard-identification capabilities.
- Proficiency in preparing technical safety reports, risk assessments, and incident investigation documentation.
