As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing occupational health and safety standards to create a safe working environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at project sites to identify potential hazards
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide safety training and orientation to all employees and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety regulations
- Prepare and maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate safety into all phases of construction
- Respond to safety concerns and emergencies as they arise
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar safety role, preferably in construction
- Valid Safety Officer certification or relevant professional license
- Knowledge of Philippine OSH Standards and other relevant safety regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
