Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and routine safety inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure the proper usage and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all employees.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions and workshops to raise awareness among staff.
- Monitor compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and local government regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training logs, and inspection reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (COID) or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer in an industrial or agricultural setting.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety codes, and emergency response protocols.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and training purposes.
- Physically fit and willing to work in various outdoor farm environments.
