This critical role drives our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives across high-impact projects, ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of proactive risk management. You'll implement comprehensive safety protocols, conduct rigorous site inspections, and develop innovative training programs that empower our workforce to maintain zero-incident standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate safety into project lifecycles, from planning through execution, while maintaining meticulous documentation and reporting systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce site-specific K3/HSE safety policies compliant with Indonesian regulations
- Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation audits
- Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Manage safety documentation including permits, certifications, and incident records
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure PPE compliance
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain external compliance relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction or heavy industry
- Valid K3 certification from Indonesian authorities (BNSP)
- Strong knowledge of OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards
- Proficiency in safety management software and incident reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in emergency response and first aid training
- Experience managing subcontractor safety compliance programs
