Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily/weekly workplace safety inspections and audits
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for all employees
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment and emergency systems
- Prepare detailed safety reports and documentation
- Coordinate with management to address safety concerns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of safety officer experience in agricultural/manufacturing
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety qualifications
- Strong knowledge of local and national safety regulations
- Incident investigation and risk assessment expertise
- Excellent communication and training facilitation skills
- Proficiency in safety documentation systems
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification
