Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and safety violations.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations, ensuring all workers adhere to protocols.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate safety reports, logs, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate and conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for employees.
- Ensure the proper maintenance, calibration, and use of safety equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to integrate safety standards into project planning.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial) or related field.
- Possession of a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Safety Technology is an advantage.
- Valid certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., OSHA, DOLE-registered Safety Officer ID).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, construction codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and instruct teams effectively.
- Must be physically fit and available for field work in Metro Manila.
