Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive safety policies compliant with OSHA and local regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for all personnel
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and regulatory compliance records
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure consistent safety standards
- Lead emergency response drills and safety committee meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in OSH/NEBOSH or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction safety roles
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations (DOSH)
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis expertise
- Excellent communication and training facilitation skills
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
