Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure full compliance with OSHA/OSHE regulations and company safety policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss reports to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate and organize safety training sessions for site workers, ensuring they are knowledgeable about safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, including reports, logs, and records as required by local authorities.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety rules and regulations to minimize workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
- Collaborate with external parties such as consultants and government inspectors during safety audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid OSH Officer License (Sijil Pegawai Keselamatan) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local safety laws, construction safety standards, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively train and lead site staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using safety management software or systems is an advantage.
