Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits on construction sites to identify hazards and enforce compliance
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs aligned with OSHA/DOLE regulations
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Deliver safety training to employees and contractors on equipment operation and emergency procedures
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, including incident reports and compliance records
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety protocols into all construction phases
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and safety equipment across all work areas
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- DOLE-accredited Safety Officer Certification (OSD-40/OSD-50)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction site safety management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations (DOLE Order 198, OSHA standards)
- Incident investigation and risk assessment certification
- CPR and First Aid training certification
- Proficiency in safety reporting software and documentation systems
